Project management services are available through West Rim, LLC, the developer of River Rim Ranch.

The 5,198 square foot design for the Cabins incorporates an authentic western motif and features spacious living areas including three bedrooms and three and one half baths. Wide-plank antiqued oak and natural stone flooring, cast bronze door hardware, heavy timber beams and trusses as well as Knotty Alder doors complement the rich interiors. The North Canyon Cabins will be serviced by a central water and wastewater collection system. Underground power, telephone and individual buried propane tanks constitute the utilities. The telephone system carries voice, video and high-speed Internet connections. Exterior maintenance and landscaping services will be provided.
