Construction Updates

Construction at River Rim Ranch is in full swing and will continue to progress over the upcoming winter months. Infrastructure construction on the periphery of the future Greg Norman Signature Course is also underway.

The Overlook Lodge
Construction of the Overlook Lodge was completed in July and is now fully operational.

The Cabins
The North Canyon Cabin program at River Rim Ranch is quickly evolving and at this time four cabins are under construction. Currently we have two cabin designs, the Grand and the Moran, and a third cabin design, the Teewinot, is in its final design stages. The first Grand Cabin is scheduled to be completed January 12th, with the second shortly behind.

Custom Homes
Currently, several custom homes are under construction at the Ranch, and designs have been submitted on many more.
